Jill has more than 20 years of marketing experience and more than 10 years in the telecommunications industry as a national account sales and marketing team manager. 

Jill is skilled in developing a clear understanding of her clients’ businesses and industries, and creating marketing plans that match objectives, competitive pressures, and allotted budgets. She is contracted to oversee and source the services to implement the plans, including the creative processes of branding, re-branding, copy writing and graphic design. She project manages from design to delivery including graphic design, print, advertising, public relations, website, social media and content marketing.

 Jill holds a B.A. in Linguistics from the University of New Hampshire, is a published author, a Solution Provider with Constant Contact, YEXT certified for digital presence and reputation management, and attends continuing education marketing classes at the Women’s Entrepreneurial Center of the University of Hartford.

Linda Marholin, Market Research Expert  
Linda has been in marketing research for over twenty-five years and has managed a wide variety of domestic and international strategic projects. She has worked on the client side with companies like MCI International and Optical Data Corpora,on (where she started their market research
department). She has also worked on the consulting and supplier side of the business with well-respected market research companies, including Maritz Marketing Research, Yankelovitch Partners, and BAIGlobal (now Synovate/IPSOS).

Linda has led research projects with a wide range of clients, including those in the travel and tourism, healthcare, education, advertising, publishing, financial services, telecommunications, utilites, and retail industries. She has particular expertise in designing and implementing a vast
array of studies including segmentation, tracking, positioning, branding, new product/concept development, pricing, market sizing, and advertising effectiveness. In addition to her quantitative work, she is a trained focus group moderator and has worked on numerous qualitative projects.

Linda has earned her Professional Researcher Certification (PRC) at the expert level from the Insights Association (formerly the Marketing Research Association (MRA)). She is a past president of the Connecticut Chapter of the American Marketing Association (AMA). Linda is a contributing writer to Marketing Concepts that Win, by friend and colleague Martha Guidry. Linda has also earned a BA in economics (concentration in statistics) from George Washington University and an
MBA from Rider University.

Alec Asten, Firesite Films Owner/Producer, Director
Alec  has  more  than  25  years  experience  in  the  motion  picture  and  video  production industry, working with clients around the globe. In 1990, Alec graduated from the University of Bridgeport with a BFA  in  Cinema.  His  senior  thesis  film  “JUSTICE”  received  numerous  awards  worldwide, including the Connecticut and The Audience award for student film at The Canadian International Film Festival and the Berlin Film Festival.

Alec continued to work for the University and reside in Bridgeport until the spring of 1992. He then became  a  freelance  director/editor  working  throughout  New  York,  Washington  DC,  Los  Angeles, Maine and Vermont.

In 1995, Alec moved back to Connecticut to become a director and staff editor at Sonalysts Studios in Waterford, CT. While at Sonalysts, Alec worked on projects with major networks including:  NBC, the History Channel, The Discovery Channel, ESPN and the Travel Channel.

Also during his 12 year tenure with Sonalysts Studios, Alec had the opportunity to work on a variety of music videos and corporate productions with: Aerosmith, Earth Wind & Fire, Billy Gilman, SONY, Pfizer, Fleet Bank, GTECH, RICOH, Harley Davidson, Integrated Vision, Smith & Wesson, VESTA, US Army, US Navy, Childreach, Johnson & Wales University, Eastern Connecticut State University, Three Rivers  College,  Time  Life  Medical,  Sun  International,  Atlantis  Resorts,  Mohegan  Sun  Casino,  & Foxwoods Resorts

In 2007, he established Firesite Films, a digital production company that creates cinematic media content for networks and corporate clients.

Jodi has more than 25 years experience in the media industry as an advertising planner/media buyer. She was a media consultant with Cox Media for over 15 years. At Cox, she partnered with hundreds of businesses to help grow and strengthen their brands. 

She works with clients in a variety of industries including: Education, Automotive, Financial, Retail, Restaurants, Construction, Business-to-Business, Entertainment, and Healthcare.

Jodi utilizes her strengths and expertise to help local businesses deliver effective branding and advertising solutions. She collaborates with clients to implement integrated marketing campaigns based on their goals and challenges. She is an adept media planner who uses research to make target, competitive and budget recommendations. She specializes in placing advertising on all mediums such as broadcast, cable, radio, billboard, online for businesses in CT, RI, and MA.
