Linda Marholin, Market Research Expert

Linda has been in marketing research for over twenty years and has managed a wide variety of domestic and international strategic projects, both on the client side and the supplier/consulting side, with companies like MCI International, Optical Data Corporation (where she started their market research department), Maritz Marketing Research, Yankelovitch Partners, and BAIGlobal (now Synovate/IPSOS).
Linda’ expertise includes designing and implementing studies including segmentation, tracking, positioning, branding, new product/concept development, pricing, market sizing, and advertising effectiveness.  In addition to her quantitative work, she is a trained focus group moderator and has worked on numerous qualitative projects.
Linda has earned her Professional Researcher Certification (PRC) at the expert level from the Marketing Research Association (MRA).  She is a past president of the Connecticut Chapter of the American Marketing Association (AMA) and a contributing writer to the newly released Marketing Concepts that Win, by friend and colleague Martha Guidry. She has a BA in economics (concentration in statistics) from George Washington University and an MBA from Rider University.

Heidi provides marketing strategy consulting for established businesses, nonprofits, and member-based organizations.  She is a brand community and relationship marketing leader with over twenty years of progressive consumer marketing experience.   Her passion is in building strategic partnerships, driving brand loyalty and innovation through engaging communities to deliver brand affinity, advocacy, retention and consumer lifetime value.
As  LEGO Senior Group Marketing Manager, Global Growth Markets she led strategy and growth of the LEGO Club to 5 million members in 17 countries.  Her team inspired the imagination of millions of fans via integrated consumer engagement across print, digital and in-person experiences, which contributed to double digit growth, and helped the LEGO Group earn a reputation as one of hte world's most trusted and respected brands. 
Heidi earned her BBA at UMASS, Amherst, and her MBA at Western New England University.  She is an adjunct professor at UCONN Stamford, and is on the board of the YMCA, Ellington.

Jill McAllister, Tonsha Marketing Agency    
Jill has over 10 years of experience in digital and content marketing and previously over 10 years in the telecommunications industry in National Account sales and marketing.
Jill is skilled in developing a clear understanding of her clients’ businesses and industries and creating marketing plans that match objectives, competitive pressures, and allotted budgets. She is contracted to oversee and source the services to implement the plans, including the creative processes of branding, rebranding, copy writing and graphic design.  She project manages from design to delivery including print, advertising, public relations, website, content and engagement marketing.
Jill holds a B.A. in Linguistics from the University of New Hampshire, is a published author, a Solution Provider with Constant Contact, YEXT certified for digital presence and reputation management, and attends continuing education marketing classes at the Women’s Entrepreneurial Center of the University of Hartford.
